These terms cover the use of https://njbam.com (the "site"). They are not the terms of any contracting work we do for you — that work is governed by the written contract you sign before a project starts. Nothing on this site creates a contract for construction services.

What this site is

This site is a marketing and information site for Build and Manage, LLC ("we", "us"). It tells you what we do, where we work, and how to reach us. The estimate form is a way to request a free walkthrough; submitting it doesn't create a contract or an obligation on either side.

Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes — reading about our services, submitting an estimate request, contacting us. You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content beyond ordinary search-engine crawling.
  • Submit false or impersonating information through any form on the site.
  • Attempt to disrupt, attack, or compromise the site.
  • Use the site or any of its content to compete with us, build a derivative work, or train a machine-learning model without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photography, layout, the BM logo, and the visual design — is owned by Build and Manage, LLC or used with permission. You can quote short excerpts with attribution; you can't copy the site wholesale. If you'd like to use our logo (e.g., a press piece or a partner page), email us and we'll send branded assets.

No warranty regarding site content

We try to keep information on this site accurate and current. Project pricing examples, lead times, and process descriptions are general — your project's specifics are governed by the written estimate and contract we send you, not by anything on this site. If something on the site appears to conflict with the contract, the contract controls.

Estimates and contracts

An estimate we send you is good for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing. Pricing reflects materials, labor, and conditions at the time of issue. If you sign and accept the estimate within that window, the line items become the basis of the contract. Beyond that window, we may need to re-quote.

All construction services are governed by a written contract executed between you and Build and Manage, LLC. The contract is what creates legal obligations — not the website, not email, not a verbal conversation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Build and Manage, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This limit doesn't apply to obligations under signed contracts — those have their own warranty and remedy provisions.

Linked sites

The site may link to other sites (Google, Houzz, manufacturer warranty pages, etc.). We don't control those, and linking to them isn't an endorsement of everything they publish.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms, or the use of this site, will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlantic County, NJ.
